CA Issuance Incident Reports

The following incidents have been acknowledged by TrustCor CA:

• [2019-03-03T14:23:34Z] Insufficient Entropy in Serial Numbers

Description of Issuance Incidents

The incidents have been either discovered by TrustCor CA directly, or have been brought to TrustCor CA's attention by third parties.

Note: this does not cover certificates which have been revoked normally as per the conditions in the CPS. In all cases, the incident report should contain:

• A description of the certificate improperly issued, and why it violates either the CA/B Forum's Baseline Requirements, or why it should not have been issued because of violation of terms in the CPS.
• A root cause analysis of the misissuance.
• A set of remediation steps such that similar misissuance should not reoccur.
